Hi, my name is Thérèse.
I have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for almost 20 years.
I started out as a Holistic Therapist specialising in Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, but quickly identified that I wanted to know more. I integrated a qualification first as a Fitness Instructor and then as a Personal Trainer. I studied Thai Massage in Thailand, and I am currently studying Nutrition and Health Coaching.
Having attended Pilates classes for years, I knew how good it was for the body. I really appreciated the overall strength and flexibility it gave me, so I decided to further my studies and obtained my International Instructor level in Matwork Pilates, incorporating Pre- and Post-Natal and Elderly Populations.
Teaching Pilates is one of the best things I have done in my life and I love seeing the impact it has on clients. People come to Pilates for various reasons: toning, rehabilitation, flexibility, strength, body alignment or posture. Because it integrates Health and Fitness it provides enormous benefits, and has something for everyone, young and old.
